In the tradition of Chef Maurizio we strive to bring to you the freshest seafood that our oceans have to offer. For this reason we list all of our fish entrees on our nightly "Features Menu". Thus we maintain fresh, top quality seafood, and we are able to replenish out inventory frequently. This also allows us to coninuously offer exciting, ever-changing and seasonally appropriate fish preparations for our guests.
Carne - Meat
Like our seafood we offer daily selections of fresh cuts of veal, lamb, beef and wild game on our nightly features menu.
Dolci - Desserts
A perfect end to a great meal! All desserts are made in-house with best ingredients available. The choices change daily and are in limited quantities s ask your server what's in store for the end of your meal at the Venetian!
